2023 edition
Among the novelties of the 2023 edition of Hunting Village there is the expansion of the area dedicated to Wild Food which this year will have an entire space available inside the exhibition pavilions. The objective of the thematic area is to promote and create food culture around the game and game supply chains, also enhancing all the spontaneous products of the forest, such as tubers, roots and wild herbs. An in-depth container to tell the story of "hunting food" without prejudice, relating not only to the public of enthusiasts, but also involving children with food education workshops.
The Salone, an event within the event
For the 2023 edition, Cibo Selvaggio will also host show cooking in collaboration with the Franchi Food Academy and starred chefs, themed dinners and in-depth talks. But the new edition will give the public even something more, with a real event within an event: the National Exhibition of Forest Products, which will be attended by a small number of wildlife hunting companies, agritourism companies, producers and distributors of certified supply chains of venison and game, directly selected by the curators of Cibo Selvaggio.
