Principle of subsidiarity
With the recent signing of the agreement with the Tuscany region, the first operational phase of the CAV Hunting Assistance Centers has begun. On the basis of the principle of subsidiarity, the Tuscany Region has created a unique experience at national level regarding the transfer of some support functions to the administrative activities of the public administration, in the field of hunting, to hunting associations. (Article 3 bis of Regional Law 3/94 "Exercise of functions with third parties" and DGR n.3 of 10.01.22). Through the Hunting Assistance Centers operating in all the Tuscan provinces, the signatory associations of the convention must guarantee for the current year a series of specific activities for all interested hunters.

In particular, until 31/12/2022 the CAVs will be available for the following procedural investigation services:

The Federcaccia Toscana CAVs, already in the executive phase, are present at the moment in all the provincial capitals of Tuscany.
